EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS SCHEME:

All employees of Spartan Solutions are encouraged to participate in the Employee Referral Bonus Scheme. Under this Scheme, employees can refer their friends or any one for the jobs within the Company that become available from time-to-time.

If a candidate referred by a Spartan employee has the necessary skill-set & experience and gets selected for a position at our Company, the referring employee is eligible to get a one-time referral bonus of $ 500 per selected candidate.

This bonus will be paid to the referring employee once the selected candidate completes 60 days of service with our Company.
